Programs and Services

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE [DUI] TREATMENT SERVICES
Safety Consultant Services Inc. is licensed by the State of California's Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs and approved by Los Angeles County Alcohol and Drug Program Administration, to provide DUI treatment services for individuals convicted of a wet-reckless, first, second or multiple offense of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or other drugs.

FIRST OFFENDER SERVICES

WET RECKLESS: Individuals convicted of a "wet-reckless" DUI offense must complete a minimum of 12 hours of alcohol and drug education.

FIRST OFFENDER 3- OR 4-MONTH* TREATMENT PROGRAM: Individuals convicted of a first DUI offense must complete a minimum of 30 hours, consisting of education, group and individual counseling.
* Depending on county location.

FIRST OFFENDER 6-MONTH TREATMENT PROGRAM: Individuals convicted of a first DUI offense must complete a minimum 42 hours consisting of education, group and individual counseling.

FIRST OFFENDER 9-MONTH TREATMENT PROGRAM: Individuals convicted of a first DUI offense, may be required by the court to complete a minimum of 56 hours, 9-month treatment program consisting of education, group and individual counseling.

MULTIPLE OFFENDER SERVICES

MULTIPLE OFFENDER 18-MONTH TREATMENT PROGRAM: Individuals must complete a minimum of 64 hours consisting of education, group and individual counseling. The final six months of the program consists of six re-entry activities (scheduled one per month).

MULTIPLE OFFENDER 30-MONTH TREATMENT PROGRAM: Individuals must complete a minimum of 90 hours consisting of education, group and individual counseling.

We also offer programs required by DMV and for out of state DUI's.
